AutoBroker.io Terms and Conditions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our CRM and desking software, including OEM rate, rebate, and incentive data, solely for your internal business as an auto broker.

3. Prohibited Uses

• No scraping or harvesting of OEM or system data
• No reverse engineering or duplication of the software
• No sublicensing, selling, or leasing our platform or its data
• No use of our platform in violation of any laws, including telecommunication regulations

4. SMS and A2P Messaging

By providing your phone number and using AutoBroker.io, you consent to receive SMS communications via Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging, including:

• Lead alerts and deal updates
• Client communication notifications
• Platform reminders and account activity

5. OEM Data Use

OEM data is for internal, authorized broker use only. Redistribution, public display, or resale is strictly prohibited.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform, including non-compliant SMS practices.

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding availability, data accuracy, or uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of AutoBroker.io, including missed communications or client opportunities.

10. Compliance and Monitoring

You agree to use our SMS features in compliance with A2P 10DLC carrier requirements and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We log opt-ins and opt-outs and may suspend non-compliant accounts without notice.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates your agreement to any changes.
